How long will it take to receive my order?

We are getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible! Please allow 5-7 Business Days processing time, plus 2-5 days shipping transit time; Depending on were you are located. 

Where is my Tracking Number?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once it is ready to ship. We are unable to put tracking on international orders, yet you will be notified with a customs form number.

What is the Return Policy?

No refunds, no exceptions!

Exchanges are allowed under the conditions specified below:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Usually due to us determining your order has a high potential for fraud, we may issue you a refund. 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@DeadFreshCrew.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged if defective or damaged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Additionally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only if we receive it within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@DeadFreshCrew.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

How can I carry Dead Fresh Crew in my store?

  1. Name of the store
  2. Address and phone number
  3. Brands the store currently carries
  4. Photographs of the store exterior and interior

 

How can I be Sponsored and/or Model for Dead Fresh Crew?

We are a growing company, it would be extremely difficult to sponsor every person, group or band. We usually seek out athletes, or artists that are constantly doing photoshoots, touring and shooting videos, especially those with label support. If you do not fit into this category, your email will not be ignored or deleted. Thanks you for understanding.
